Vettel takes Webber out of the Fuji GP
You can see Hamilton suddenly slowing down, in order to avoid overtaking the safety car. Vettel was probably looking to Hamilton, thinking he had a problem. Webber probably slowed down not to overtake Hamilton and Vettel slammed into Webber.
