After he voiced concerns over his future role at Ferrari, Nigel Stepney was assigned a new position which will fully integrate in the new technical structure of the team. The loyal Ferrari engineer (13 years at Ferrari) will be Head of the performance development, reporting directly to Luca Baldisseri. He will take his new position in a few days time.
