Team Boss Christian Horner is confident Red Bull can turn things around. A major aerodynamic update for the RB3 car will be available at the Magny Cours test next week. The Redbull principal feels the team will adopt an `aggressive development policy` which will help them recover the estimated `four weeks` lag behind the other teams. Horner explains this delay came from choosing to have a completely new car this season instead of making a compromise and developing the old [rather uncompetitive] car.
