Nigel Stepney and Mike Coughlan on trial for espionage
Nigel Stepney is suspecting of being involved in a Ferrari espionage case, as we informed you here.
While Ferrari meanwhile fired Stepney, the police searched and found evidence in the the apartment of McLaren’s cheif designer, Mike Coughlan. McLaren was quick to suspend Coughlan, therefore dissociating itself from the suspect.
Following this industrial espionage case it’s not likely that McLaren will use Ferrari technical information aquired by Coughlan, since it can be itself suspected in the case.
