Massa thinks Ferrari can’t favor a driver yet

The Brazilian Felipe Massa who won the Great Prix of Bahrain, stated that there is a balance of forces in this beginning of the season between him and his teammate, the Finn Kimi Raikkonen. This, Massa considers, renders as premature a decision by Scuuderia Ferrari to designate a leading driver. “I believe that designation of the first driver does not have to happen so fast, as much for Ferrari as for McLaren, since the championship is merely beginning. They cannot to make an choice at this moment “, the Brazilian told to the ‘ Jovem Pan’ radio.
After three races of the 2007 season, Massa lies in fourth place of the drivers’ classification, with 17 points, five less those of his teammate at Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen, of Lewis Hamilton and of Fernando Alonso, the reigning world champion.
