Honda gets Dumbo ears

Dumbo Honda

In an attempt to solve this the problems of this year’s challenger, Honda adopted a set of aerodynamic appendages. The new parts were quickly baptised as “Dumbo’s ears” because of their resemblance with the elephants ears.

Button tested the new parts and was seventh fastest, approximately one second off the pace of Felipe Massa.
